can't first aid help you should take butter milk ( kachi lassi ) take one cup of normal water

add one tea spoon sugar and add half cup milk without butter and add chill water and drink

it  after some time you will feel relaxe .Now you can check your doctor. you  should take

excercise regularly and less your weight.
